Free consulting service during the carrying out of legislative functions, in the interpretation of the rules in matters of notarial interest and also in the definition of legislative proposals
On 15 November 2012, before the start of the 47th National Congress of the Notariat, an agreement was signed in Naples between the Governor of the Campania Region, Stefano Caldoro, and the President of the Notarial Committee of Campania, Diomede Falconio, which established a cost-free collaboration during the carrying out of legislative functions, in the interpretation of the rules in matters of notarial interest and also in the definition of legislative proposals.
The Region can receive advice on legislative initiatives and regulations being prepared, on questions that have been devolved to the Region in terms of organisation, functions, financial and accounting matters, management of assets and negotiations as well as on the interpretation of laws, regulations and ministerial circulars.
